The Position
Creative Door Services, North Americas largest overhead door dealer, has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator in the Regina branch. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Office Administrator is responsible for general administrative duties including invoicing, data entry, hourly & subcontractor payroll reporting, accounts receivable and safety program administration. S/he communicates well with team members, service technicians and clients; resolving invoice discrepancies and responding to inquiries. This position also provides reception break and holiday coverage.
This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for continued growth and job task variety.
Qualifications
Experience in reception and office administration.
Customer service dedication, superior telecommunication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, resourceful, and respect for confidentiality.
Working knowledge of multi-line phone systems, MS Office and Windows.
Ability to learn and retain technical and product knowledge to properly direct phone calls and walk in customers.
Experience with data entry.
Basic accounting experience is an asset.
