We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (NOC: 1241) to strengthen our recruitment team

Requirement
- Must have some previous experience of working in law firm or immigration consultancy.
- Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous clerical experience is preferred.


Responsibilities
- Update and maintain client folders, data sheets, and documentation
- Think outside the box and provide process improvements where needed
- Follows through on daily email correspondence with clients
- Works with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives
- Process follow ups on client correspondence and follow through on items needing action
- Understands and adheres to all agency policies and procedures
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer
- Other duties as assigned

 - Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
 - Send and receive messages
 - Prepare and format page presentation
 - Compile data, statistics and other information
 - Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries

 - Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
