The successful individual for this position will be able to work in a fast paced environment, being able to keep up with the demanding conditions in a commercial kitchen, including washing all dishes, cutlery and cooking smallwares and equipment. Knife skills are an asset, as there will be minimal prep and portioning duties as well.
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
