This is a unique opportunity blending administrative duties (.6) with child/family support (.4).
Under the direction of The Regina intersectoral Partnership (TRiP) this position provides support to the initiative and its stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and upkeep of initiative database
Transcription and filing of reports
Schedule meetings, capture and circulate minutes
Ability to support child/family with school attendance, engagement and pro-social activities
Other duties as required.
Competencies:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Minimum typing ability of 50 w.p.m.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Ability to multitask
Maintain professional relationships
Act as a mentor and positive role model
Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
Motivated individual able to work with little supervision.
Salary based on experience and education.
NOTE: This is a 15 month contract position with the possibility of extension; you are responsible for remittance of any amounts required by law pursuant to the Income Tax Act, Canada Pension Plan, and Employment Insurance Act.
