Job title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job description:
Provide administrative support and high level of client service and administrative support by:
Acting as a receptionist by answering phones and greeting clients
Arrange client meetings by phone / email, preparing printed materials and handling scheduling changes.
Assisting with seminars by booking venues, scheduling guests, greeting clients, arranging refreshments, etc.
Following up on client meetings and entering notes in contact management system
Responding to client inquires and issues in a timely, responsive manner
Assisting in writing and processing letters
Maintaining client files and information on the appropriate systems
Ensuring all client interaction is accurately documented
Educational Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft systems: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Client service experience / administrative training preferred
The role operates within a standard office environment Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Occasional evening work required

Starting salary is commensurate with experience range $2,250 to $2,500 per month + Bonus
