The Home Inn & Suites Saskatoon is hiring a Full-time Experienced Maintenance Worker(32-40 Hrs/week). Shifts will include weekdays as well as Saturday and Sundays. The Maintenance Worker maintains the hotel to ensure guests receive a clean, attractive and secure place to stay. You will be maintaining, monitoring, repairing and conducting routine preventive maintenance to hotel building and property. The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome. Duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for the condition and inventory of maintenance supplies, tools and various equipment. Preventative maintenance on equipment, facilities, and guestrooms. Prepare daily work order requests. Respond to emergency maintenance requests received from housekeeping, front desk, management or guests. Provide security for guests and property by following all key procedures. Maintains cost effectiveness when purchasing items needed by the hotel.
