David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an AR / AP Clerk into a permanent position.
We are currently looking for a candidate with experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable to join a highly specialized team.
The Role:
Input accurate AP data into accounting system
Prepare bi-monthly AP Aging reports and payment runs
Review all employee expense claims
Complete corporate credit expenses
Reconcile corporate credit
Prepare Global invoicing monthly
Enter cash receipts
Manage collections weekly
Complete credit checks for all new clients
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 3 years experience in a comparable position
Post-secondary education in accounting preferred
Ability to pick up new financial software quickly
The successful individual will have an eye for detail and be able to perform duties accurately within given time constraints. Professionalism, teamwork, and customer service skills are absolute musts!!
