Required to perform electrical maintenance duties to our facilities heating, cooling and electrical systems and equipment. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performing inspections, tests, maintenance, diagnoses, repairs, installation and alteration of building electrical systems. This also includes electrical work associated with HVAC systems.Installation, repair and replacement of electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, ballasts and other electrical components.Providing advice and instruction to building maintenance staff on the proper operation, care and service of electrical systems.Record keeping on preventative maintenance and repairs performed.
Reactive response to emergency situations.
Providing assistance in the determination of needs for the purchase, replacement, repair or removal of electrical systems and equipment within our facilities.
Duties as assigned by the Electrical Foreman.
