Description

The Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) is a unique, multi-billion dollar organization based on the fundamental principles of co-operation. It is comprised of a network of approximately 250 autonomous retail co-operatives across Western Canada along with their branch operations, and Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL). FCL is the wholesaling/manufacturing arm of the CRS, which provides the retail co-ops with a range of products and services.

Co-op invites applications for the position of Part Time File Maintenance Clerk at our Beeland Co-op Grocery department located in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Grocery Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
1. Prepare signage, print and distribute price tickets
2. Perform data entry and receiving tasks
3. Ensure all displays have current sale sign and ensure shelf signs are hung up
4. Ensure proper signs are posted at the right time
5. Review exception reports and edit worksheets including new items and price changes
6. Maintain vendor and customer files
7. Review exception reports and edit worksheets including new items and price changes
8. Ensure telephone calls are answered quickly and in a professional manner, and directed to the appropriate person or department
