On behalf of our client, a global leader in work@home opportunities, Kelly Services is recruiting for inbound technical support representatives for residential customers.
This position will handle customer issues such as login, passwords, usernames, set up & securing home network connections using call flow guides & diagnostic tools.
Must be available for full time 4-6 weeks of paid training and for full time shifts between 7am-midnight EST.
Landline & hard-wired high speed internet required.
