Ag Input Solutions is a subsidiary company of Global Ag Risk Solutions.  
This position will be based out of the Ag Input Solutions head office in Moose Jaw, Sk.  We are seeking an individual who has an entrepreneurial drive, is customer service oriented and has a desire to be part of an organization that helps farmers operate to be the most profitable farm they can be.  The Primary responsibilities will be underwriting farm input loans, driving sales growth, and providing high level customer service. You will work directly with farmers and have a significant positive impact on their operation's future success.

Duties and Responsibilities
    Complete low to medium complexity credit applications with minimal supervision
    Generate Sales Leads
    Represent Ag Input Solutions at Trade Shows and other agricultural events as needed
    Make customer service a top priority  
    Maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and internal staff
    Strong willingness to undergo financial, credit, internal and agriculture training
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    Post-secondary education in business, agriculture or related equivalent experience
    Minimum 3-5 years experience in agriculture banking
    Minimum 3-5 years experience in agriculture or commercial credit
    Intermediate financial and credit analysis skills.  Demonstrated experience analyzing financial data and structuring credit recommendations.
    Intermediate experience with financial analysis software including Excel
    Proven ability to generate new business and meet established targets.
    Self starter and self motivated.  Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    Strong relationship building skills
    Strong verbal and written communications skills
    Entrepreneurial mindset.  Willingness to make and lead business process and procedure improvements
