Position: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Social Media and Marketing
Develop and manage social media and marketing plans
Assist with the sales management process
Create, monitor, implement, and distribute promotional materials
Administration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Sales and Service Coordination
Design and implement a customer service training program
Assist with goal setting for the sales team (4 outside sales, 3 CSR, 1 inside sales) to achieve targets
Assist with new territories, compensation plans, and incentive ideas
Requirements:
Skills: strong communication, social media and software savvy, demonstrated strategies to reach clients in outside markets
Qualities: personable, energetic, helpful, intelligent, hands on, proactive, easy to get along with
Software Knowledge: MS Office Suite, social media platforms
Education: some post-secondary
Experience: 3-5 years in social media and marketing development, industry experience preferred
Work schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 4:30 PM; 30-minute lunch at noon
Environment: Office with a shop in the back
Salary: TBD; salary plus commission, realistic 1st year income of $50K and $80K after 3 years
Miscellaneous: Minimal travel required
