$18.25 per hour

Roles & responsibilities:
Assist with the general maintenance and appearance of the store by ensuring a safe and pleasing environment for both customers and associates;
Manage a housekeeping crew, attend calls for the client, do inspections, work with the employees.
To provide staff supervision and guidance, complying with all company policies, procedures and directives.
Train, coach, delegate tasks, and follow-up with employees as necessary.
Ensure staff and store performance meet company policies and goals
Maintain store inventory and ensure merchandise is stocked, rotated, and readily available for guests.
Oversee the operations of food service function, grocery market and sales.
Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
A Secondary School Diploma or GED is required.
At least 2 years of successful past supervisory experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills that allow you to comfortably guide and coach staff
Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all team members.
Ability to build a successful team by building an environment of trust.
Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
Can communicate effectively with leadership team members.
