Job Purpose
Delivers administrative and processing support through the delivery of Campus reception, mailroom services, and processing duties. Occupies and administers both the Campus reception and mailroom functions. Supports establishing and reviewing the provision of mail/courier and supply processing and other contractual and vendor arrangements for the organization. Provides administrative and processing support to the entire Operations unit.
Working Conditions
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position may require the successful candidate to travel between locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma, plus 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of office administration processes
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to sort and distribute mail, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for prolonged periods of time (45 minutes), and push or pull a loaded cart
