The Rider Store, Grasslands is looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and is looking to be a part of a Champion organization! This is a unique sales and customer service position that provides training and development opportunities in a growing area of retail web sales!
Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, this role will support management in the daily operations of our retail merchandise outlet including the management of web sales. Fan experience and customer service are a key focus to maintain and support sales and strategic growth. This position will be the primary expert in web sales and distribution as well as assisting with in-person sales as needed.

What We Need From You

-Locate and secure online orders for mail out, including
-Verifying inventory
-Packaging
-Completing online packing slip creation
-Provide a high level of customer service
-Support online sales (theriderstore.ca) through customer fulfillment from alternate store stock
-Respond and resolve customer concerns
