We are recruiting for a full time Administrative Clerk on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for:
-Accurate and timely record-keeping, tracking and data entry of client information, sales, contract and financial data.
-General accounting assistance:
-Prepare and generate invoices for management
approval and distribution.
-Create and enter new billings codes for existing or prospective accounts.
-Book travel and hotel arrangements.
-Prepare letters, memos, reports and proposals.
Mail merge, work within templates or compose new. Proof letters and reports for accuracy prior to distribution or mailing.
-General office duties including filing,
photocopying, faxing, printing, courier, mail,
etc.
