* Oversee daily store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory
* Drive sales to consistently achieve optimum profitability and growth
* Recruit, train, develop and motivate employees
* Demonstrate leadership and promote a teamwork oriented environment setting high standards
* Must have a passion for upholding an exceptional customer service experience to everyone that comes through the door.  Must monitor the level of customer service & satisfaction and take action as required to address issues.
* Strong organizational skills, prioritizing skills, problem solving and decision making skills with a high attention to detail
* Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated


QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience required.  Retail management experience as well as experience within a health food store or natural health industry or extensive personal knowledge/use of natural health products would be a definite asset but not necessary.
