Dasro has an excellent contract opportunity for a Deskside Service Technician with its client in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The Deskside service is used to provide software and hardware assistance for requests that require second level support from the Service Desk. The majority of Break/Fix incidents can be performed remotely using desktop tools, when required.
Desired Education/Certifications:
Certificate or diploma in IT or a closely related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
CompTIA A+ certification.
Mandatory Experience:
Experience in an IT support role.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Experience with Windows 10.
Hardware experience - setting up workstations and installing RAM.
Demonstrate experience with troubleshooting/resolving technical issues
The successful resource will be working out of Regina at client's Head Office and may need to travel to other locations throughout the province.
