Horizon is growing! Our ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multi-task. Receptionists are key members of our team and so important to running our office. Do you enjoy data entry, answering phones, and working in an energetic environment where there is always something new to do? Do you have a high attention for detail, pride yourself on your communication skills, and secretly love stationery? Then you might be the receptionist that we are looking for!
Main responsibilities will include:
- Answering a multi line phone system and transferring calls
- Filing and data entry
- Assisting with A/R and A/P
- Organizing emails, distributing the mail, and other related duties
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience working in an office environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Drivers license
- Friendly, patient, and energetic attitude
- Focused, adaptable, and detail oriented
