BUSY PRINCE ALBERT SHOP LOOKING FOR TECHNICIAN

Required Education, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

Post Secondary Certificate in field.
A Grade 12 diploma from a provincially recognized institution or equivalent.
Valid Class 5 Drivers license.
A clean Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract.
Experience in computer diagnostics.
Have your own transportation.
Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor.
Customer service skills.
Complete reports to record problems and work performed.

Mechanical Repairer Specific Skills

Our successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience, be able to perform Wheel Alignments, Brake Jobs, Vehicle Maintenance Inspections, and perform diagnostics with Modern Scan Tool equipment and be able to perform SGI Safety inspections.

General Mechanical Repair and Maintenance

-Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair inventory/customer vehicles.
-Inspect and test engines and motors to diagnose and isolate faults.
-Perform scheduled maintenance service on stock/customer vehicles.
-Test and adjust repair vehicles for proper performance and manufactures specifications
-Adjust, repair, or replace parts using hand tools and equipment.
-Do inventory of stock vehicles as required and recommend parts required for ordering
-Diagnose faults and malfunctions.
-Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components.
