Description

The Night Auditor will be reporting directly to the front desk supervisor. In the absence of supervisor direct report will be to the Manager on Duty.All employees must wear proper uniform at all times with their name badges while at duty.Personal visits are not allowed at work unless there are special circumstances.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.Use proper greeting, smile and eye contact with the guests and coworkers
2.Follow company policies and procedures.
3.Know and follow the company and brand standards
4.Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
5.Verifies all account postings and balances.
6.Monitors the current status of coupon, discount, and other promotional programs.
7.Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
8.Prepares a summary of daily stats.
9.Prepare of End of day procedure.
10.Run end of day process in property management software (PMS).
11.Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
12.Knows how to operate PMS, and other front office equipments.
13.Understand and knows how to perform check-in and check-out procedures.
14.Keep the lobby and offices clean and tidy.
15.Communicate with security.
16.Additional duties may be assigned.
