The Administrative Assistant provides general office support for the department by performing a variety of administrative, general and specialized duties including clerical, reception and work management processes.
Qualified applicants will possess:
Grade 12 or Equivalent.
Recognized Office Administration Certificate.
Two (2) years secretarial work experience utilizing computer based software including word processing, spreadsheet, scheduling, database and presentation applications within a window based operating environment.
