Description

As a Program Lead, you will need to demonstrate leadership and provide guidance and direction to colleagues in order to accomplish strategic goals. In addition, the eHealth Primary Health Care (PHC) Program Lead will also be responsible for facilitating applicable committees and working groups in order to achieve the desired outcome. This role will be a member of various steering committees, representing eHealth SK. You will have obtained a solid understanding of challenges and related opportunities of EMRs and the management of chronic conditions as it relates to the continuum of care through previous work in collaboration with provincial stakeholders.  

What Are We Looking For?
    The knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a post-secondary degree in business administration, related clinical field or technical field, Healthcare Administration or equivalent supplemented by 4+ years of experience;
    Program management experience with the proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects related to a common strategic objective;
    Experience working within a matrix management and delivery structure to oversee business, technical and SME resources assigned by resource managers;
    Relevant healthcare sector experience in progressively senior roles;
    Strategic thinking with the ability to problem solve and come to innovative solutions; and
    Demonstrated experience in health information technology and the clients operations and business requirements.
