PRODUCTION FLOOR SUPERVISOR
Cupboard Brothers cabinet Factory of Regina, SK is a family owned and operated business since 1993. We are a growing custom cabinet manufacturer with state of the art equipment and supply high quality kitchen and bath cabinetry to home builders, multi-family developers, dealers, and retail customers throughout Saskatchewan.
We are looking for an additional experienced and highly motivated individual to oversee and manage our production facility. Responsibilities include staffing and monitoring all areas of production. Develop and implement manufacturing improvements utilizing Lean and Continuous Improvement principals. Work with the Production Management team and review all project deadlines and ensure capacity planning and development of manufacturing strategies are maintained.
Candidate qualifications include exceptional organizational skills, strategic planning and employee management with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills required to direct and motivate all team members. Manufacturing process and production environment knowledge and experience. Planning and scheduling knowledge. Quality control, problem solving and decision making. And good leadership skills.
Personal qualifications to include a willingness to learn, work well as a team member and alone. Good attendance record, responsible, mature and professional presentation.
