Luther College at the University of Regina invites applications for the position of Office Administrative Clerk. This permanent full-time position acts as the first point of contact for students and public visitors to the Financial & Residence Service Office, oversees residence and conference & catering bookings, completes all of the related administrative, accounting, coordination, and communication activities, and performs general office duties. The incumbent will have completed an administrative or office education program from an accredited institution or have an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of accounting procedures and residence & conference/catering services would be an asset. The incumbent must have strong computer skills, effective communications skills, be proficient in social media and its uses, ability to work independently, and be comfortable dealing with the public.
