Job Description
Riviera Motor Inn is currently hiring a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor that is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our guests! We are looking to hire a dynamic, hard-working individual, who is motivated to grow with the company. The role is diverse as you will check in/out guests with utmost efficiency, accurate posting of accounts, soliciting guest feedback, reservations, etc.
Responsibilities:
Greeting Guests. Check guests in and out of rooms; ensure that all guest information is accurate and up to date ensuring standards are maintained throughout arrival and departure process
Confident and knowledgeable about the city and events in order to assist guests with inquiries
Professional communication with all departments
Receive methods of payments and posting accurately to proper accounts
Ensuring shift check lists are complete
Answer the phone, take room reservations, and ensure that guests requests are met
Provide value added service to Guests by meeting and anticipating needs and expectations
Resolves guest's concerns in a thoughtful manner while maintaining hotel standards
Qualifications:
Previous Hotel Front Desk/Night Auditor Experience preferred
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Comfortable with computer programs and software
Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
Ability to problem solve
Professionalism
Full-time and part-time opportunities available; however for full-time position, in order to achieve that you must have open availability with adaptability of working various shifts (mornings, mid shift, evenings, weekends and some night shifts as necessary).
