Reporting to the Manager of Food and Beverage Services, the Food and Beverage Shift Manager is primarily responsible for the overall management of food and beverage operations including the restaurants, casino floor, bars, function rooms, show lounge and cafeteria as the manager on duty at Casino Regina. This position is accountable for planning, organizing, coordinating, supervision, and monitoring all Food and Beverage operations including customer service, scheduling and labor control, general supervision of floor staff and supervisors, facilities and equipment to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
