Job Description:
- Safely and efficiently carry out the duties of supervising a production crew.
- To plan and carry out the activities required to achieve safe production with supply & oversee conveyor operations.
- Communicate schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment and service vehicles according to requests.
- Serve as central communication for production and safety, including emergency events
- Capture, validate and record site data, shift and production reports
- Monitor traffic and heavy equipment through video cameras to ensure efficient use
- Receive, prepare and relay work orders, messages and information to and from work crews, supervisors and field inspectors
- Enter computer information to facilitate decision-making for mine management and engineering
- Provide accurate information required to make informed production decisions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Minimum Requirements)
Certifications: Ticket to supervise underground as per current Saskatchewan Mine Regulation
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of all MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc...)
Shift Coverage - Coverage will be 14 on and 14 off, 12-hours days and 12-hour nights,
Additional information:
Post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening, back ground check, physical, functional capacity examination will be required prior to job start.
