Purpose
As a member of the Senior Management Team, (MBC) develop and direct strategic business activities related to the corporate service functions to ensure support and enable success of our retail service delivery. The operational focus is to manage and direct the human resources, marketing, communications, technology and risk and compliance functions to promote organization and employee success.
As the ideal candidate, you must bring outstanding leadership and change management skills to our great organization. You must have a track record of building strong relationships at all levels of the organization. You must be adept at managing diverse stakeholders demands and cultures resulting in successfully implementing unifying and valued Corporate Services solutions. A minimum of 5 years hands on management experience would be an asset.
