Morris Industries, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of air seeding, tillage and hay hauling equipment is in search of a Help Desk Technician in Yorkton, SK to serve as the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance through the IS Helpdesk System. You will perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions as well as test and install equipment and applications. You would be responsible for assessing, assisting and implementing new projects. You must have excellent English communication skills to effectively understand the problem and explain its solution.
If you have completed a Technical Computer Diploma or Certificate program or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business environment and are motivated for the next opportunity to improve your skills within a professional and growing workplace, wed like to hear from you.
