We are currently looking for someone at our front desk to fill the receptionist role but take on additional support tasks. The job is a full time positions with working hours of 8 am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch.
Duties would include but not be limited to the following:
- Answering and transferring phone calls.
- Greeting people entering the business.
- Taking safety training courses.
- Reviewing safety paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Data entry such as purchase orders, payables.
- Create project manuals.
- Assist in setting up and organizing meetings and events.
