Description

This could be the right opportunity for you if you have vision and experience leading your team through change, a knack for breaking down complicated topics and making them more understandable for customers and a commitment to creating a great customer experience.

SGIs appraisals and salvage division is on a path of significant change that will involve looking at things like our national appraisal strategy, a catastrophic plan for auto appraisals, big data analysis and exploring opportunities to advance SGIs Claims and Salvage operations. This is your opportunity to play a key role in leading SGI into the future by helping define the strategies and regulations that will effectively respond to the changes technology and the market are bringing to our industry.

You will develop and oversee the effective operations of SGIs six salvage centers, national appraisals services and specialized claims functions such as Technical Research Service.

If youre committed to an outstanding customer experience and youre a strategic and engaging senior leader with outstanding people and communication skills, you should definitely get in touch. If you have firsthand expertise interacting with vehicle repair firms, overseeing national vehicle and damage appraisals and developing and maintaining effective relationships with industry repair providers, well, what are you waiting for?!

Requirements
Youll need an in-depth understanding of Saskatchewans motor vehicle registration and driver licensing systems, applicable acts and regulations, and the broader automotive insurance industry including public, private and commercial transportation. You should also possess a bachelors degree in business administration, commerce or a related discipline, as well as at least eight years of management experience with increasing responsibility managing a large group of employees.
