The Coiled Tubing Supervisor will report to the Coordinator and is responsible for the coordination of various coiled tubing operations in the field. Supervisors are also responsible for the supervision and safety of personnel and equipment at all times, whether on a customers location or between locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that Tricans safety program, Target Zero, is followed and is promoted to employees, customers, partners and the public at all times
Comply with our Target Zero program as a minimum standard unless regulations or legislation is more stringent in any area
Ensure that Tricans core value, We wont put anyone in harms way is the priority in all activities
Operate various large duty trucks over outdoor terrain and through all weather conditions
Complete field acid testing compatibility, titration)
Assist with pre-job calculations: blending and mixing, volumetric, and hydrostatic
Perform pre and post trip inspections and accurately fill out all required forms
Perform rig-in and rig out of all equipment for travel
Consult with supervisor and crew regarding any operational deficiencies
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Physically fit heavy lifting is required
High school diploma is an asset
Valid Class 1 Driver's licence
Pressure pumping experience is preferred
Safe driving skills; drivers abstract will be requested
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
