A Sales Assistant is the team member who helps the Adviser manage all existing relationships. These include clients, connections, strategic partners, referrals and prospects.
Duties:
-Ensure the FA always has plenty of interested qualified clients and prospects to talk to and see.
-Build deep relationships with our clients and partners.
-Identify and record all outside assets and opportunities held by clients and as much as possible from prospects.
-Participate in decision on targeted mailings.
Activities in support of duties:
-90 day no contact calls and other calls, profile deeply.
-Introduce strategic partners to clients with a need for their services.
-Develop and maintain relationship maps of the 7 critical relationships.
-Promote referrals with both clients and prospects.
-Set Review appointments with clients on frequency directed by the FA.
-If there are any opportunities coming up, set the appointment or schedule an action to call and set it.
-Set appointments with the adviser with the following: Clients with opportunities due, hot prospects, attendees from client/guest events, prospects with opportunities, clients who have called in about service problems (after being satisfactorily handled), connections who express interest in the Advisers services, introduction to clients friends and associates.
