Tron is looking for a Document Controller to join our team in the Saskatoon Office. The Document Controller is responsible for accurate management and safeguarding of company documentation in a manner that will enable all relevant parties to quickly retrieve any required documents. This includes, but is not limited to: standard operating procedures, programs, manuals, reports, correspondence, and company files. The Document Controller will maintain all documentation in accordance with established company guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
3-5 years of document control experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
Data organization and storage knowledge.
Strong coordination and planning skills.
Critical thinking skills.
A high level of confidentiality.
Administrative or engineering/technical background is preferred.
