REAL is seeking an experienced Vice President, Corporate Development to develop the vision and implement the annual marketing and sales plans that will propel REAL towards increased revenue and greater brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree or Masters in Business or Marketing; 10+ years of experience in leading marketing and sales teams including 3+ years at the senior management level with a demonstrated progressive increase in responsibilities; experience and collaboration with professional sports franchises, festivals, entertainment promotions, agriculture trade, agri-business and agri-entertainment events, and corporate sponsorships; an exceptional record of accomplishment in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives; experience providing personal leadership through example and successfully organizing and presenting complex information; experience in media relations, e-marketing and CRM and experience with marketing technologies including CRM, web and marketing automation. The Vice President, Corporate Development will have the responsibility and the accountability for revenue generation within the corporate business climate. A professional with strong relationship skills this individual will manage all key clients, primary tenants, and be responsible for community brand positioning, government relations, event management and delivery. A creative leader with an entrepreneurial business spirit and experience and a strong understanding of the social value and impact of an organization such as REAL.
