This exciting role offers variety and a great mix of Customer Service and Administration!
As Service & Warranty Administrator your customer focus, organizational skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in
building customer and team success with this expanding Moose Jaw organization!
You will deal directly with customer to prepare work orders, process information and collaborate with the service team, manufacturers and insurance representatives to meet customer needs. This includes:
- Serve as the key representative for customers requiring service, parts and repairs.
- Provide administrative support, maintain accurate records and respond to enquiries.
- Open work orders, estimate time/parts and obtain customer and/or manufacturer approvals, warranty claims.
- Update work order board and assign workorder/instructions to Service Technicians.
- Upon completion of work, ensure all parts, time and notes of the work performed have been added to the work order.
- Prepare invoice for customer payment and/or b) submit claims to the insurance company; c) invoice manufacturers for authorized warranty work.
Desired traits/requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Administration or Business is an asset.
- Relevant customer service in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment is an asset. Previous service writer experience is an asset. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- An upbeat and positive attitude; strong customer service skills
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Builds and fosters lasting customer and business relationships
- Confident and professional; able to work independently.
Hours or work:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 40 hours/week.
