Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring that cabins, guest residences and other public areas of the lodge, are cleaned and maintained to a high presentation standard. Housekeepers are responsible for laundry services, restocking of bathroom amenities and other guest requirements during their stay. Housekeepers should have experience in the hospitality industry as well as the ability to demonstrate exceptional professionalism, customer service and guest relation skills.
