Immediate position opening for an Office Assistant. The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as a team player and an ability to work independently. The successful applicant will be responsible for repetitive tasks of office duties such as operating computer system and office equipment, receiving, sorting and/or distributing incoming mail, filing, faxing, accounts payable data entry, payroll duties, order office supplies, record and relay information, monitoring of various pay roll and employee benefit records and providing assistance as required. Computer knowledge is essential. Operating knowledge of Accpac, Microsoft Office, Work Force Management and Power Pay is a preference but on the job training will be provided, if required. Only qualified individuals need apply.
