Elections Saskatchewan (ESK) is looking to fill two term positions until March 31, 2019 with a possible extension through the next General Election currently slated for November 2020.

Ideally one position would work full-time hours while the other position works the equivalent of 0.6 of a full-time position.

These positions would be perfectly suited to individuals who are adaptable and excited to take on different responsibilities as the election cycle moves forward. Success in this role will require working both independently and within a team and proactively looking for ways to assist in continually improving operations.  

As the scope of duties is quite varied, ESK may consider bringing individuals onto the team that have focused their career on one of the primary operational areas of practice within this position.  

Reporting to the Director of Electoral Operations, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the ongoing review, analysis and improvement of current operational systems and processes; leading small operational related projects; and, providing support for the recruitment and training of field employees.
