As a key leader in the execution of the Auto Funds customer-centric strategies, the successful applicant will manage the delivery and evolution of the call centre experience for customers and motor licence issuers. Passionate about your customer and ready to mentor, coach and develop a dedicated team of corporate representatives you are the positive force we need to tackle the opportunities and challenges that come with a growing and changing business through a vision of providing service excellence.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the following education and experience to succeed in this opportunity after all, were counting on you:
A two-year diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline.
Five years experience with increasing responsibility in program delivery.
An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
