Under the direction of the Manager, Language Training Unit, you are responsible to facilitate the delivery of client services by performing clerical and administrative duties for management, supervisor and services delivery staff. Individuals in Administrative Assistant positions may be assigned a combination of duties as per the job description. Also, this position will focus on the intake, orientation and placement elements of the job description. Cross-cultural experience and abilities in additional languages are important assets.
**Must be available evenings and Saturday.
**Available Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
**Candidates under consideration will be required to participate in an assessment process consisting of any/all of the following: interview, language abilities, and computer testing. Only those selected for interviews will be contacted.

**Education and Experience:
-Graduate of a post secondary program in business or administration and one year of work experience in an administrative support capacity or
-Post secondary training in business or administration and three years of work experience in an administrative support capacity.
**Required Licenses and/or Certification:
-Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) certification - no criminal record (includes Vulnerable Sector Search) must be done within the last three months.
