Position Summary
-Supervision of interviewers
-Training Interviewers on projects
-Ensure interviewing team is meeting flow rates and timelines on projects
-Ensure company policies are in compliance
-Interview on projects when necessary
-Floor Monitoring's & TIVO Monitoring's
-Quality Control Call backs
Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Performance and compensation review every three months for the first year based on leadership, reliability, work conduct, work quality and productivity. As a supervisor, you participate in the call center quarterly bonus structure. This job is a permanent full-time position (full time hours of 37.5). This position is eligible for the company employee benefit program.
Ideal Candidate has the following Skills and Experience:
-Experience working in Call Center would be an asset
-Solid command of the English language
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong typing skills (minimum of 25 words per minute)
-Attention to detail
-Performance driven
-Strong skills using Microsoft Office
-Strong work ethic
