Dream is looking for a Project Manager (24 Month Contract) in Regina, SK

What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

Retain and direct architects, designers, engineers and other consultants for all projects;
Oversee the development of consultant's drawings, technical planning, and detailed work schedules for the execution of projects;
Liaise with municipal authorities and utility providers;
Coordinate construction projects to include the preparation and distribution of bid documents, analysis of contractors submissions, negotiating the contractor agreement and organizing and maintaining construction project documents;
Perform daily site visits, site supervision of projects, and preparation of site reports and documentation;
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations;
Manage all construction related activities to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.  This includes interfacing with tenants, property management and leasing teams, consultants, subcontractors, security, etc.;
Ensure required project documents are created, approved and filed according to company policies and procedures;
Oversee tenant work in accordance with the Lease from the onset through to completion, including review and approval of tenant drawings, permits and other documentation, attend site meetings with tenant and contractors, monitor completion of tenant construction activities, sign off on project completion and authorize payment of tenant allowances;
Work closely with property managers and liaise with tenants during the construction process;
Develop strong working relationships with all disciplines within the organization;
Work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures and other duties as assigned
