JOB DESCRIPTION
* Sales Entry, Purchasing & Invoicing
Process SSG orders convert SSG quotes to SSG sales acknowledgments; ensure all order details are correct for both new and used equipment
* Inventory Control, Stock Purchasing
Assist with annual inventory count
Post and run reports as required by head office for yearly inventory
* Installation
Respond to customer requests, resolve problems, arrange sublet rentals and labour as well advise and coordinate installation crew with sublet labour and rentals in collaboration with Sales.
* Forecasting, Scheduling, and Deadlines
Advise appropriate individuals and departments of ongoing developments with orders
* Systems Order Processing
Confirm all costs and supporting documentation are submitted by sales reps upon receipt of order.
Process purchase orders
* Perform Other Duties as Required
