In Saskatoon, we own and operate 6 group homes that support adults with physical and cognitive challenges.
The Position:
As a Group Home Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of two homes, including resident care, programming, human resources, and financial management.

The Applicants:
Applicants typically qualify for this position with a Disability Support Worker certificate, Basic Skills training or equivalent training. Applicants must have a minimum of two years management experience working with cognitively and/or physically challenged adults in a residential or vocational setting (or equivalent combination of experience and training). A valid drivers license is required. Applicants must have experience in the design of developmental programming and behavioural interventions. Good working knowledge of budgeting and human resource management is required. Applicants must be able to work on-call and possible evening and/or weekend shifts. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required.
