Awareness Remedial Massage Therapy is hiring a USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (NOC# 2282),
Job Duty as,
1.Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced;
2.Consult computer user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions;
3.Maintain product knowledge of new versions of supported hardware and software (Windows, Office, etc.) in use in the Awarenesss desktop environment;
4.Hand on experience on desktop OS, PC application installation and configuration, such as Windows 7 and Windows 8, MS office 2013 suite, Outlook etc.
5.Coordinate and participate in related IT projects or other tasks assigned by Awarenesss Manager.
6.Manage and maintain computers, printers, phones and peripheral equipment in 101289164 SASKATCHEWAN LTD. ( Awareness Remedial Massage Therapy)
7.Document, track and escalate incidents within the system;
8.Provide exceptional service and support experiences for our Customers
9.Participate in cross-training and inter-disciplinary continuous learning
10.Provide one-on-one end-user support via email, telephone and in- person when necessary to resolve user account issues or online
booking in a timely manner.
Job hunters Requirements:
Four-years Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
Understanding of IT Helpdesk Call Logging software and procedures.
At least 10 years related experience within a service based industry
Previous quality assurance, scheduling or escalation experience an asset
Must possess strong customer service attitude and interpersonal skills
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within tight timelines
Working hours:
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday,
9a.m. to 6p.m., basic Salary of $36.00/ hour,
