Field Sales Representative

About The Role:
As a Field Sales Representative, your role will specialize in garnering customer acquisition for our clients financial products. This individual would be working inside various retail locations or events focused on customer acquisition to achieve the given objective. To be successful in this role, this individual would be strong willed, confident and outgoing with a strong entrepreneurial spirit motivated by achieving and exceeding their goals. Some of their duties, responsibilities and qualifications include the following:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum one year one year of experience of sales, customer service or marketing
Strong communication skills, multilingual considered an asset but not required
Outgoing and contagious personality
Ability to think on your feet and actively problem solve
Demonstrate a strong image for both Kognitive and its applicable clients
Willing to travel around various locations within their defined region
Access to a vehicle and Full G Class Drivers License are considered an asset, but not required
Smartphone with access to Data/Internet required
Compensation Details:
Competitive pay: between $40,000 to $60,000; including commission
Corporate Benefits Program after 3 months of employment
