For the Corporate Copywriter, a diverse set of writing skills are essential. The ability to adapt approach and style to a variety of writing requirements such as brochures, online posts, advertising, technical bulletins, sales tools, direct mail, product sheets, presentations, news releases, etc. Writing effectively and economically is important along with the skill of appropriately reflecting brand-consistent tone and quality. Proofing and editing skills are a must. Content gathering and editing will require an assertive yet collaborative work-style. Being bilingual (French) will be a bonus.
Certificate of a two-year (minimum) professional, post-secondary diploma or degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing.
Applicant must have comprehensive knowledge of key software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
