Were looking for a hands-on, team player to maintain our communication infrastructure. As an IT Communications Analyst, youll leverage your strengths in communications knowledge and build on opportunities to develop your specialty.  Youll monitor infrastructure including email, video-conferencing, mobile devices and VOIP systems and assist in the implementation of organizational initiatives to ensure employees have the most efficient ways of communicating. Reporting to the IT Communications Team Lead, youll work collectively and within a larger IT team to execute projects throughout the organization. As an internal specialist and go-to person you are involved in trouble-shooting, developing user awareness and policy analysis.  You understand an ever-changing environment and look for opportunities to improve processes with a desire to grow and improve within a larger, dynamic organization. With knowledge of communication technology, an ability to effectively manage your time, constantly improve, change and develop within the IT world, you strive to become a technical expert in your field.
